Brant Produce Auction Business Plan
Here is a somewhat fanciful business plan for a produce auction dated May 2004. To read this 35 page business plan click here.
I don't believe that this produce auction ever existed. Probably this was just a sample plan. The town of Brant does exist.
This plan appears to skip over several major factors in establishing a produce auction such as the nature of the growers, and the number of growers.
The targeted buyers aren't the kind of buyers who normally buy at produce auctions in Ohio.
Assumptions presented such as expenses and monthly distribution of sales seem unlikely.
This is still valuable as a framework or starting place for a produce auction business plan. -FWO
